Robin Riddell

Robin Riddell is known as something of a television advertising sales wunderkind in mid-Michigan. In the spring of 1981, armed only with enthusiasm, her trademark tenacity, and a few sheets torn from the local Yellow Pages, Robin began an astonishing sales career as an Account Executive in the Flint, Michigan office of WNEM TV5. Only a few years later, the Nina Mills Foundation had awarded her the Corporate Achievement Award for co-creating the highly successful "Our Town" community showcase series for TV5 and the Flint Area Advertising Federation (FAAF) had twice honored her with its Past President's Award.
Robin is a master facilitator and has served in leadership positions in her community as well as her profession. Currently she chairs the ATHENA Awards(R) for the Women's Business Council of the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is also the Vice-President of Education for Grand Blanc Area Toastmasters and was recently invited to sit on a business education advisory panel for the Genesee Area Skill Center.
After 20 years in television marketing sales, Robin Riddell joined forces with a former advertising colleague to create and produce The KidZone Expo(TM). For three consecutive years, thousands of families across mid-Michigan bought tickets for this annual two-day interactive "edutainment" expo aimed at promoting science and technology interests in elementary and middle school students.
In January 2006, Robin listened to her own inner voice and launched INNERmedia Coaching & Consulting Associates, LLC. Her new business is built on lessons learned during her successful sales and marketing career, her many contributions to various local and statewide non-profit activities and her life experiences.
